 OUR MISSION

  • To cultivate and foster social, cultural, economic activities among Ugandan community members.
  •  To prepare, co-ordinate and conduct monthly seminars to educate our members.
  •  To co-ordinate and embark on fund-raising projects for the community’s needs.
  • To create and build relationships via networking, with other immigrant and local community organizations.
  • To improve the quality of life of Ugandans living in California, by providing relevant information to them.

Message From the President
ImageA lot has changed over the years in the Ugandan community in California, but our strong commitment to one another remains the same. It is also important to remember the long history of service that the Ugandan Community Organization in California (UCOC) has provided to the community. I would like to thank my predecessor and his cabinet, who performed exceedingly well to serve this community.
